Head of Growth (Technicolor Games)
Matt started his career in games in 1998 at Microsoft, working as a tester on Zone.com, which at the time was the multiplayer backbone for all Microsoft games that offered online play. Over the next 18 years, Matt worked his way up through MSN Games, a small side-quest with Microsoft’s security products, Xbox LIVE Arcade, many R&D Games initiatives in Microsoft Studios, and eventually Xbox Game Studios, closing out his time at Microsoft as a Principal Engineering Manager supporting both 1st and 3rd party Xbox franchises. After Microsoft, Matt relocated to the Midwest and started working with Lionbridge Games in their sales team, building strong relationships with his customers, and helping drive revenue growth. He worked at Lionbridge Games for 7 years, the last 4 of which he served as their Chief Solution Architect, helping their sales team strategize, close, and deploy complex customer solutions. Matt’s worked on most game genres across nearly every platform, from Indie to AAA and everything in between, though he’ll be the first to tell you that outside the late-night shooter now and again, he’s only got time for bite-size mobile games today as his three kids keep him busy. When he’s not working or gaming, Matt loves to cook, play golf, travel, and spend time with his family.

Adrianna holds a BFA in film & television from UCLA’s prestigious film school, graduated Chancellor’s Marshall, and started her career in sound FX/picture editing for television and features. While at the studio, Adrianna, in response to what she perceived as a very deficient diverse artist portfolio, was proud to deploy several community relations programs as well as internal educational programs designed to promote diversity and inclusion. Before joining Mikros Animation, Adrianna Cohen put her extensive experience and knowledge of the industry at the service of animation facilities in Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, London and Los Angeles.
